Hey Chris

Is it true that you have been online since the 80's like me when AOL was first introduced? That is when I first came online and was introduced to AOL and then in the late 80's to early 90's is when I started doing things online.

You have some wonderful tips here for facebook marketing. My fan page is just kinda there, haven't really had the time to really add much to it...I did have a helper but I guess I taught her too much and well she is now doing her own thing, go figure..lol.

Hope your offline business is going well!

When it comes to twitter you can tweet more frequently than you could on facebook because they are two different social platforms. Twice a week on twitter is in my oppinion not enough. Remember that twitter is more or less a live chat for millions of people and businesses. Always use the rule of what we call 80/20 which means 80% of your tweets or posts are just social meaning you are not self promoting or pitching your product or service. The 20% is for promoting. So to answer your question, with twitter you can tweet mulitple times a day and not be over doing it. Your goal is to gain trust and authority in your market first then you can pitch to those that trust you. So Tweet away my friend and thank you for your comment! Have a great Thanksgiving.
PS: I have some great articles on using Facebook as well you may be interested in checking out.

Hi,

Good topic. We probably tweet around twice a week. Is that enough? I do find it difficult to keep things interesting. Any tips would be gratefully received!

Great job on your site, Chris! This really is a great market to be in -- at the front of a new frontier -- with possibilities to help so many small businesses who are looking for a way to get noticed. Little did they know, the answer is literally in the palm of their hand! :)
