Twice a week on twitter is in my oppinion not enough. Remember that twitter is more or less a live chat for millions of people and businesses. Always use the rule of what we call 80/20 which means 80% of your tweets or posts are just social meaning you are not self promoting or pitching your product or service. The 20% is for promoting. So to answer your question, with twitter you can tweet mulitple times a day and not be over doing it. Your goal is to gain trust and authority in your market first then you can pitch to those that trust you. So Tweet away my friend and thank you for your comment! Have a great Thanksgiving.
